Subscription term
Tenant and Landlord plans are annual subscriptions valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Renewal
Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless this is clearly stated and accepted at checkout. If auto-renewal is introduced, you will be informed before purchase.
14-day cancellation right
Consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel an online digital service contract. If you ask us to provide immediate access to paid digital services during this period, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your cancellation right may be affected once the service has been accessed.
Refund policy
Refunds may be available where required by law or where paid services have not yet been accessed. Refund requests can be sent to adrian@tenantcheck.mt .
